Isidore (Izzy) Yetnikoff practices in commercial litigation, debtor-creditor relations, corporate and individual immigration and real estate law.  Mr. Yetnikoff obtained a Diploma in social sciences from Dawson College in 1999.  While completing his studies, Mr. Yetnikoff was a founding member of the Dawson Law Club and served as its public relations officer in 1998.

In 2002, Mr. Yetnikoff received a Bachelor’s Degree in political science and economics from McGill University.  While attending McGill, he volunteered as a panel member of the University’s by-law and constitutional review committee.  Continuing his education at McGill, Mr. Yetnikoff obtained a graduate Diploma in Business Management with a concentration in international business in 2004.  In 2006, he received a Licentiate in Law (LL.L.) from the University of Ottawa, graduating Cum Laude.  During his academic pursuits at the University of Ottawa, Mr. Yetnikoff was employed as a Special Auditor in matters of regulatory compliance for the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, a division of Industry Canada.  He also volunteered as a member of the Legal Education and Action Fund, educating young students on principles of constitutional law.  In 2007, he obtained a Graduate Degree in Common Law from the University of Montreal.

Mr. Yetnikoff is admitted to practice in Arizona and New York. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Arizona and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona.
